We only spent one night here, but it was enough to see that the place is great! It was easy to find it and to check in, as we were arriving pretty late and had to do the self-check in. Everything provided in the room certainly improved our short stay. The beds were comfortable, and we didn’t experience any discomfort at all.

The room was very pretty and the futon comfortable. The bathroom was functionnal and clean. The teapot and boiler were greatly appreciated! Very quiet and great location. I definitely recommend!

I really loved how spacious the room was. It had its own bathroom and an awesome view of the river. There was plenty of room to stash our bags too. Despite being in a super touristy spot, I had a great night without any outside noise. They even hooked us up with yukatas, which my brother and husband totally rocked for a dip in the onsen. What I also adored was the traditional Japanese vibe of the place. Wish I could've stayed longer and soaked in that view from the room.

If you wanna feel the traditional ryokan but still want comfort like a hotel this place is perfect. Location is perfect ( right at the dontonburi area ).

It's a very cozy and charming ryokan. It was very enjoyable to sit around drinking tea and listening to the jazz music from the bar. The owner is very nice and knows English well. She was very accommodating and gave great suggestions for local food.
