The staff - especially Hassan and Rachid - are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They were so helpful and went out of their way to help me and my mom when we had a personal emergency during our stay. The location was perfect, breakfast was delicious, the riad was beautiful and the room was great. I couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you guys for everything.

I'm obsessed so take this opinion seriously: delicious, homemade, abundant. Including freshly squeezed orange juice, water and a selection of hot drinks, pancakes, homemade cakes, bread and freshly prepared eggs your-style and other otherworldly delicacies. The staff can't be any more sweet and attentive. Always there for any query we had or simply to offer some freshly brewed Moroccan tea. The facilities are comfortable and objectively beautiful. Location-wise it's very convenient. In the heart of the Medina but not in the middle of the mess. We felt very safe at all times. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Situated in Marrakech and with Bahia Palace reachable within 400 metres, Riad Milouda features express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Amazing place and location. The hosts did a great job in helping us around. I would really recommend this place.

The stay is extraordinary. Good rooms, people are very very nice. We had to go in a desert tour in the next day in the morning and they prepared the breakfast as a package to have it at 7.00 in the morning to eat it on the way. Wow :)

The Riad is close to the main square, and the staff are very kind and help us every time we want to walk in the Medina and with experience in the city. I really had a great time.

Located in the Medina of Marrakech, Riad Naya is a 10-minute walk from the Koutoubia Mosque and and 900 meters from Jamâa El Fna Square. I arrived at the property having had a really challenging day. I was really unwell and my credit was having a problem getting money out. I was welcomed in and cared for in such a kind and caring way by Mustafa the Manager. Medicine was arranged for me and he organised and paid for a takeaway dinner for me as their kitchen had closed for the day. I have a background I tourism so I feel qualified to say Mustafa is one of the most talented hosts I have come across in my travels. He ensures the place is a quiet restful space with exceptional ambiance music and makes himself available to have a chat and help out during your stay, always with a super friendly smile. His pride of his country and his people is really evident. My stay was exceptional. Thank you Mustafa
