Housed in a building built in 1846, the Customs House Hotel is located in front of the Derwent River and home to one of Hobart's oldest pubs. Room was massive, bathroom was modern with everything you needed. Nice coffee setup.

This historic property was built in 1906 and has been refurbished to highlight the original fireplaces and stained glass windows. The accommodation is beautiful. I don't think you can get much better.
