Very clean, spacious room with plenty of storage space, comfortable bed. In a very good location near the Termini Station but also within walking distance for those who love walking.. Reception staff were all excellent, ready to help all the time and give advice and suggestions for Rome. We will definitely recommend it to our friends... and we will be back for sure..... A good stay helps you create better memories of the place you visit. The location of the hotel is very central and the staff are very kind and friendly. They offer an extraordinary good breakfast, from tropical fruits to super desserts. Everything in the minibar was free. A service beyond our expectations. They deserved full points.

They welcomed us with a warm smile and gave recommendations on the city map. You can find someone at the reception during the day. They provide help on their WhatsApp line when they're not present at the reception. We stayed at the room 102 which was a standard double room. The hotel got recently renovated. Everything from furniture to plumbing was brand new. The bed and pillows were really comfy. There was towel dryer installed in the bathroom which came handy after a rainy day. There also was a capsule espresso machine and a kettle present in the room. Housekeeping was great, our room got cleaned everyday. They also changed sheets and pillow cases, and renewed coffee - tea daily. The TV in the room has Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning was good (mind that we stayed in late April - early May). Location is great. From Termini station, you'll get here in 5-10 minutes on foot. There's also a metro station (Repubblica) close. Depending on your choice of commute, you can walk, take the metro, or rent a scooter/bike to the tourist attractions. All seemed doable to us. I recommend you get breakfast included. The breakfast is at a restaurant very close to the hotel. The breakfast menu was delicious. It certainly was worth it. Overall, we loved our stay. We'd stay here again next time.

Great location, close to everything, the train station and metro too. The staff were super kind, helpful, polite and friendly. the room was spacious and super elegant with a modern and stunning bathroom. True stylish Roman style. The outdoor area/balcony was awesome. GRAZIE MILLE!!
