A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and was above my expectations.

I have stayed in so many 5* hotels and I can tell you that this one is by far the most sophisticated and cozy/ friendly hotel I have been to. The cleanliness is to the highest standards. They have small details in their interior design which makes it unique and yet very discreet & chic. Staff is very polite and helpful and i think this is what is takes to make a great establishment. From The valet standing outside to the nice restaurant staff “in clin d’œil to Enzo de la Champagne-Ardenne” & all the rest of the staffs are all so welcoming n knowledgeable. For instance dining at the Glasswing restaurant by chef Alexandru Simon. This experience was simply having a feast on the plate & again wonderful staff, great Sommelier.

The room was spacious, and the contactless entry and exit worked smoothly. The facilities were good. The location of the apartment is great. It is close to both the U bahn, metro and bus stops. There are several groceries around - Billa, Hofer, etc. There is a lovely park close by where one can sit and relax. The 12th and 13th districts are a little out of the way but well connected to the city centre and other areas. We had, as i will note below, some concerns. But the person manning the messages was prompt and helpful. Beyond a point, however, they could only help so much. I do want to appreciate the help and tips provided.

I definitely recommend this apartment either for a short or a long-term booking. The place is huge, clean and has more than expected - like a coffee machine and Netflix :D 15 minutes walking you can find a very nice cafe for lunch - Steman (I'm picky about a place to eat so you can believe me here :) ) Metro station is also quite close, but we were walking to the centre (around 30 mins). Next my trip to Vienna I will definitely book this place again.

amazingly nice and spacious apartment! very nicely decorated, very clean and great location! comfortable beds and kitchen is well supplied (including a very nice coffee machine) and a nice and comfortable bathroom.

Spacious apartment, very comfortable and clean, very convenient location close to several transport options. Detailed self check in instructions from host made our check in process very easy. Me and my family loved our stay here :)
