The mountains, the vineyards, the surrounding beauty of the countryside all around was spectacular! A must is to tour the via del Proseco - the cafes and small restaurants along the way were amazing - the menu's were all unique and did not disappoint with local specialties. We took the train from Venice to Vittorio Veneto - took less than an hour. Twelve Euros for the ticket. The train was very comfortable, clean and FAST! There is a bus route that you can take through Vittorio Veneto. A must is to visit the 'old' ancient section of the city (of note is the importance of the historical significance of Vittorio Veneto during WWI) and then to the newer, modern areas surrounded by vineyards.

The accommodation was clean, cozy and well-equipped. Our favourite routine was having breakfast outside with that incredible view over the vineyards and mountains. Also, go down to nearby Vittorio Veneto, which is a lovely small city with great cafés and supermarkets. Was easy to communicate with the owners and arrange check in and check out. The rooms are super clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was wonderful, local cheeses and house meat delicates. We traveled with our child, he really enjoyed it, there is a playground and plenty or room for kids to play in the guarden and the surrounding wine yards. The home wines were wonderful!
