The setting was beautiful. The view was so picturesque and we loved how tranquil the place was. It was lovely to only hear the birds. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. One criticism is on checkout the reception staff didn’t ask us if we enjoyed our stay or how everything was, I would have expected some interaction. They simply just took our payment and put labels on our suitcases which I personally felt didn’t reflect well on the property or customer service.

Great location and characterful property with views across the Tuscan hills. The owner, Benedetta, is a great host, too. She couldn’t do enough to make our stay in San Casciano a pleasant one. Will return again one day.

Everything about this property was wonderful… my husband and I didn’t want to leave! The view from our exceptionally clean and spacious room was out of this world… the staff were amazing and the wine tour was excellent. We will be back and will be bringing our parents next time as they were very jealous during the face time call !
