We liked the beautiful setting in the tuscan countryside, the magnificent views, the cool and comfortable room, the swimming pool and breakfast. The only slight negative was the unpaved and tortuous road leading to la Rimbecca. But then Greve in Chianti has many roads like this!

The location was fantastic, providing good hiking. Our hosts were delightful and provided us with information to help us get the most out of our stay. They made special provision for us with gluten-free food, including a special home-made chocolate cake. Both of our hosts spoke English well and their enthusiasm for all aspects of pur stay was a delight.

Where do I begin? I told Michele (Staff) it was one of the best weekends of my life because honestly La Pietra was a dream! The views are unparalleled (we visited other places and also dined in other relais, and maintain that La Pietra’s views were superior). On arrival we got an upgrade and a bottle of their wine waiting for us, we were also given an extra treat as we were celebrating my partner’s birthday. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and our dinner at the restaurant was Michelin standard - fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of experimentation and simplicity. The pool is a must - with the heating adjusted to ambient temp it was a true luxury. I could go on but I will end with a note on their wine - try as many as you can! Grazie Mille Michele for your fantastic hospitality and Matteo for all your help with us making the most of our stay. We will be back 😊

The property was a good location for what we wanted to do and close to Pisa, Florence etc.
The buffet breakfast was good - good selection of fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurts, breads and delicious cakes too! Cappucino's were great.
The hotel is rustic, easy to find, lovely and helpful staff.

This was our 1st visit to Tuscany and we could not have stayed at a better place. Walid is an exceptional host, very welcoming and he takes great pride in making sure his guests have the best experience. The property is in a prime position for exploring the surrounding area. It has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the bed was so comfy! The views are spectacular and you will not tire of looking at them whilst sat in the courtyard with a glass of their delicious Chianti. We cannot recommend this enough and can't wait to return.

The countryside is lovely.
Grieve is a good base from which to explore Chianti.
There is also a good public bus to Greve from Florence - only €5.00 each but you have to buy and validate the ticket on-line.

Wonderful property, wonderful people and accommodations.
Wonderful property, wonderful people and accommodations. The only criticism I have is if you plan on having dinner at the hotel inquire about the price as we were quite surprised by what was charged for dinner, a very, very pricey.

Beautiful countryside, easy to get around. Lots of little places to discover in the area and beautiful buildings, wineries, restaurants etc. All excellent quality and not outrageously priced. Perfect place to stop between Florence and Rome.

This is a small yet charming Tuscan town.
This is a small yet charming Tuscan town. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning. We enjoyed using Greve as our homebase for a few days as we explored this area of Tuscany. It is well situated to visit Siena and San Gimignano for a day trip. There are several lovely All-Trails hikes in the area as well as local wineries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Restaurants were all good, and wine delicious and inexpensive. You definitely need a car; there are free parking spots as well as paid (6 Euro/24 hrs).

This is a beautiful rustic home. Has AMAZING view of the Italian countryside/ is surrounded by vineyards. It is a quiet location. This home is connected to another hotel "La Veronica Resort" in Chianti. We were able to partake in their lovely provided breakfast in the morning (can pay separately for that) and they even invited us to use the resort pool. The home itself has all amenities needed; includes soaps, blow dryer, towels. It was sparkling CLEAN! Has a kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, very cozy. Loved this home.
Surrounded by stunning vineyard and located in the heart of Tuscany, this is a rare property.
We stayed in a Spacious self contained apartment. Had outdoor dinner in our private courtyard as well as in the communal bbq dining area on most nights and went for daily swims.
Only 5 minutes from Grève (which has a coop supermarket) and an easy drive to most towns in Tuscany.
The staff was onsite 9-5pm and always friends.
Did I mention the Chianti wines available on site?
Book it! We loved it so much. The room was very clean and comfortable. We could park our car outside. The view from the hotel was mind-blowing, and the sunset are gorgeous. The breakfast we had was very good, the dinner was absolutely amazing! We did a wine tasting, which was very nice and bought some wines to take home. The staff was kind and helpful. We had an amazing stay.
Next year they will have a pool, which will make the experience even better.
Beautiful building with nice common living and breakfast/dining rooms. Our room was clean, spacious and cool (there is airconditioning, but we did not need it with ~30 degrees weather at the end of June). The beds were comfortable, breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel/B&B. The pool was clean and had an amazing view, as did the terrace where breakfast was served. Host Anna is very warm, friendly and completely fluent in English. 10/10
It's surprisingly easy to access the town centre from Casa Grazia and there was plenty of parking out front, a rare bonus in Italy so far. No stairs either so moving luggage was a breeze.
We were met on site by the owner who responded immediately to everything we needed for our 7 day stay.
We even got to see a local soccer match from our back balcony that overlooks much of the stadium area.
A very pleasant stay in a lovely Tuscan town.
This house is like a hidden treasure in Italy. I've traveled a lot, but not many houses are as nice as this one. The house is merticulosly clean, the view is stunning, and the breakfast is very tasty. Most of all, the owners were so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and carrying all our heavy luggage. Thank you for making our Tuscany memories so precious and I would definitely go back with my husband next time.
Perfect location very close to Greve In Chianti. Countryside calm atmosphere - the hotel is part of a farm with olive trees vinyards and farm animals. Very, very clean.
The staff is very kind and helpful, always offering help and suggestions.
Good breakfast. Nice pool - quiet, well maintained, with great view.
Available laundry facility was great to have and easy to use.
It was nice to have a kitchen in our apartment.
We loved the location near Greve and the beautiful view from the yard, on top of the exceptional hospitality of the owner and of the staff. We were fortunate to be in the area for the 51st Chianti Classico Wine Festival. Thanks to the owner’s recommendation we had a most wonderful Tuscan dinner at a family restaurant in Greve.
Amazing location, stunning view, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast with plenty of options, fresh fruit and great cappuccino, all and all the best accommodation I've ever stayed at, if you want an exceptional experience in Chianti this is the place for you, couldn't be happier with anything, everything was perfect !!!
The location, cleanliness, comfort, staff, breakfast, and dinner surpassed expectations. The hotel's grounds, gardens, and breathtaking views were truly remarkable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.
Nobody's perfect, but the view from Corte di Valle on the Tuscany countryside is.
Walid and his team took great care of us - nice recommendations for trips, making reservations for us in restaurants.
Wine was great, food was great.
Stunning view, meticulously renovated property, heated 15-meter swimming pool and excellent breakfast. It is a boutique hotel with some 10 rooms and very personal and friendly service. We will be happy to come back.
Loved It!. The "suite" is an "Italian Suite." Extra space, not an extra room. Bed was great. Shower was great. We stayed in a room with a terrace on the piazza. Great room. Hotel manager was great. Loved It!
La Magnolia is a charming place in a very central location in the Chianti. It was very quiet, the hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Tuscany, very diversified.
Great rural location, friendly staff, and great oil and wine. Silent vacation on a farm near great places like Firenze, Siena, Montepulciano, Panzano, and the rest of Chianti and Tuscany.
We have stayed repeatedly at this property for the Greve Wine Festival. It achieves all the quality needs that one requires when staying in Tuscany.
The farm road is a challenge.
Stunning views to the Tuscany hills with the butterflies and everything. Really good breakfast and friendly staff. They had set up a swimming pool which was a nice surprise.
The host was very helpful by telling us the best restaurants to go in the nearby area. She’s very accommodating & responding to our concerns & requests.
